Abstract

The mental health effects of the COVID-19 pandemic are direct due to the disease itself and also derived from the situation that the pandemic itself has generated. Especially vulnerable groups are those hospitalized, people with previous mental illness, with difficult situations caused by isolation and the economic crisis, and health workers, although the psychological effects affect the entire population.
