Family physicians (FP) who have more than 25 years of professional experience see the telephone interview as a complementary tool to their daily clinical work. They are used to seeing the patient enter the consultation (non-verbal language) and from that moment begin to unconsciously develop diagnostic hypotheses.

However, personalities from European primary care, such as Sir Muir Gray, have announced in various publications and conferences that the technological revolution of the mobile phone was approaching our professional lives. He himself has called it the third health revolution. In it, the mobile phone shares prominence with the presence of patients and citizens in the management of their own health and in that of scientific and professional knowledge.
The objective of this article was to record a clinical experience not only to remember how family doctors are working during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic but also how their professional scenarios have changed thanks to it.
